With backgrounds as CEOs, COOs, VPs of Sales, and VPs of BizDev, we have learned from both our failures and successes, taking companies from idea to multi-million dollar organizations.
Jessica Rubin Norman

Jessica is a startup executive and founder passionate about building companies from the ground up. She specializes in helping high-growth startups organizations establish product market fit, implement scalable sales processes, and build predictable revenue. Jessica co-founded Harbinger Strategy, a global business development and sales consulting firm focused on revenue generation for pre-seed to growth stage businesses. Jessica received her BA from Cornell University and MBA from Columbia University.

Robyn Orsini is the CEO and Founder of Lunas Consulting, a sales consultancy focused on lead generation for startups ready to change the world with their solutions but struggling to generate the revenue needed to meet the company’s full potential. After her introduction into business development over 12 years ago, Robyn discovered a passion for helping startups succeed while working for a non-profit organization dedicated to fueling an ecosystem of entrepreneurs through community support and innovation. Since then she has helped hundreds of startups achieve sustainable revenue growth.
Brielle Perry
SmartSaaS Founder
VP of Business Development at DataGPT
Brielle Perry is a startup executive with over 12 years experience in sales leadership and business development. As a SaaS and Sales consultant, she specialized in helping pre-seed to Series B startups build their revenue engine, taking them from pre-revenue to scaling. Prior to being a consultant, Brielle was a VP of Sales for two Saas Startups, in San Francisco and Seattle. She also was Director of the Female Founders Alliance, helping mentor and connect female founders with investors and media contacts. In 2016 she was one of 425 Business Magazines 30 under 30. Brielle is currently VP of sales at a venture-backed data analytics startup, DataGPT.
